Finished Airedale #2

Hello and Happy Friday! As promised, here is the finished Airedale Terrier in graphite.

As you can see, I got a little fancy with my backdrop. Trying to up my instagram game, yknow. Anyways, I’ve been struggling with making my fur look soft instead of wirey. In this piece, I tried to get the soft effect, even though the Airedale’s fur is quite wirey and textured.

Side note, I was listening to the Audiobook of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix whilst working on this piece.
